1) This is with regards to my Mediclaim policy, which has been operational for over 10 years. Policy no 112000/34/12/25/00008447 2) I was assured that my Mediclaim would be dealt with fairly and that New india had the best track record for payouts. 3) I made a claim for which i was arbitrarily awarded a 50% settlement. My query on the basis of the calculation ‘fair basis payment of 50%’ – this remains unanswered II) I received a letter from New India stating that ‘No claim’ was payable – this goes against there initial assessment and payment of 50% of the claim III) Furthermore in there letter they have misstated the facts of the case stating that the number of eyes was below -7 as in fact more than -7 iv) My request to let me know the exact clause which mentioned that only people above -7 can make a claim remains unanswered 4) I am yet to receive the remaining 50% of my claim 5) Emails have been sent on 17th May 2016 13th April 2016 4th March 2016 7th January 2016 15th October 2015 8th September 2015

I have had to pay money from my own pocket to the tune of 55,000 and lost interest on the same
