I bought a zen z77 handset on 13-02-2010 having imei no 357757029124272, 357757029124280. After using the set a few days the set showed some problems are 1) display is getting off 2) internet is not working properly. I submitted the set at jodhpur park service centre on 13-03-2010. a few days later they made the set monw worse and as a result nothing can be operated now. at this moment they are forcing me to use the disputed set and unwilling to replace me a good set. I want a new replacement of this set and what will be the measures regarding my problem. Hope a soon reply from your side.
