i have purchased a new bsnl prepaid mobile no is 9412185664 & reg no is 8991549126451514001. I have requested to activate above no but it is not activated yet now and while power on my mobile then temporarily error have shown on screen in flash message. I have also submitted my complete documents to bsnl office etawah. Pls take a necessary action pls.
