I bought a new Skoda Laura top end model at Tafe Access Limited Bangalore. On 6 th feb 2013, as of on 20th may I left my car for repair for jerking it hAs just done 6000 kms, from the day one I had this jerking problem, now after almost requesting writing email after emails their technical team could not able to solve the problem, after spending 24 lakhs and taking a high end car it’s been almost a month, I have been put through this inconvenience. And I have been writing them that it’s a manufacturing defect and please call back my car and replace with the new car, Even if they repair I have lost complete faith in that car so I really request you to get me a new car. I really appriciate if they refund my entire money or at least replace my old car with a new car as that has a major manufacturing defect which they could not able to solve for almost a month, and mentally I am not going to accept the repaired car.
