I applied for admission to the D.Sc. degree at NIT Rourkela along with necessary documents, curriculum vitae, academic and professional credentials, testimonials, Research Proposal, publications, and bank demand draft of Rs. 1000/- in the month of January 2012 after discussion with Mr. B. Acharya, Assistant Registrar (Academic) of NIT Rourkela over phone. But I still didn’t get any response from NIT Rourkela regarding my D.Sc. admission. I spoke to the Assistant Registrar several times over phone and he said that your application is with the Dean (Academic). I tried to contact the Dean over phone many times, but his phone is ringing and no one picked up

I paid Rs. 1000 by Bank DD to NIT Rourkela.

I want to know the status of my application regarding D.Sc. admission. Necessary action should be taken against delay in my D.Sc. admission process. For this delay NIT Rourkela should pay me 1 lakh rupees
