I purchased a Nike Backpack under order no-Myntra-7266378(Looking to their 100% genuine brad adv.) I am shocked that after one washing its bottom parts fabric is being torn up at many places and still continuing day by day. I got a reply that ” This Bag has been used roughly so can’t be replaced” which is not the case.

A complete replacement or Money back from Myntra or Nike, I don’t care as long as either of the companies reimburse. This is one of the disadvantage of BUYING Online as you never know what kind of product they ship and then who has to fight for the warranty claims.
