i took my bike for servicing and there they damage the part in july end.I would also like to point out that the “head” where the spark plugs are located on the left side, was broken by the mechanic concerned to access the spark plug (PHOTO ATTACHED). When I asked the mechanic as to why he did that, he replied that it was the only way to access the spark plugs of my bike (i.e., Pulsar 200 NS). Not satisfied with his answer, I wish to state herein that the Nalagarh office seemed inclined to favor the concerned dealer, Nitya Automobiles, Solan, without doing anything in reality towards resolution of my complaint.

I asked another dealer who said that the said part replacement would cost me around Rs 5000.00 plus another day as lost wages.need to change the head and the compensation for the harassment giving by the said dealer, since aug2014 i am sending mails to dealer and there cust care but no reply back till today. I find it pertinent to mention that M/S NITYA AUTOMOBILES, SOLAN should not have been authorized at all, as a service center, since there is no space in the workshop. It is a chicken coop at best. I would strongly advise you to review your authorization of the said dealership.
