Reliance Tele Denied transfer Internet connection

REQ# 225657920 We bought a new reliance broadband connection in a rented house and used it for around 2 months. Now we need to shift to a new house and logged a service request with reliance to transfer the connection to new place. They said it would be shifted there with in 5 days. After 5 days when we called reliance customer care they denied to transfer the connection saying that we can not transfer the connection instead you need to take a new connection.

As they did not transfer our connection we have not used the broadband connection for almost 2 months. Now they want us to pay them the outstanding amount but when we have raised a request for transfer and they said it is not possible, we asked them to close the connection but that also didn’t happen. Due to which they are now billing us for around 2 months i.e. Rs. 1500/- which is not justified at all.
