Hi, I have purchased a DSLR camera from this online store with a deal mentioned below Canon EOS 1100D DSLR With (EF S18-55MM IS II) Lens (Black) + Avail upto 12 months 0% EMI 10% cash back. Free 4GB Card, DSLR Bag. order ID : 11215436 But I haven’t received any cash back even after delivery of the product. When I called them and asked, they said you have applied a “Monsoon” promo code ( that resulted me saving of 1000 INR) and that’s why I can’t get 10% cash back. When I told them that this was not mentioned anywhere that I can’t avail this promo code with this offer, they refused to listen me and keep saying that you should have think before making deal. I can buy this product 3000 INR less from other online store; still I purchased it from there. Even their supervisor was very rude and was in much hurry in not to listen my view.
