Dear Sir(s), I got booked Honda city VMT-Petrol version [ Colour-Golden Brown] on 17th September-2014 ,with booking amount INR 50,000/- with authorized dealer Divine Honda-Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The promised delivery period was 3-4 months. But the vehicle was not delivered to me even much after the delivery period. Then I contacted Honda-One-to-One Customer care service. The first date of delivery confirmed by the dealer after the intervention of Customer care service [Honda one to One]was 20th February-2015 which was postponed to 28-02-2015 for the reasons best known to the dealer. Even the promised date of 20th February-2015 was not adhered to.

The delivery schedule was further postponed to 14-16 March-2015. Even that promise remained unfulfilled .Consequently I tried to meet MD of Divine Honda Dehradun Mr. Raghav on 16-3-2015. After waiting for more than half an hour with my family I could any how succeed in meeting him. But to my disappointment He refused to confirm any date of delivery mentioning some problems of production/delivery of Honda City car. He told me that as and when the car is delivered to them by the company, they will inform me but no specific date can be given under the current scenario. In the mean time I have contacted to Honda one to one, a number of times. Each time I have to repeat the whole story and the standard reply is that my concern shall be communicated to the concerned authority and feedback shall be given within 48 hours. I am under the impression that the customer care is not in a position to address the issue to my entire satisfaction. I have been desperately trying to contact the concerned Authority of Honda city who may be competent to respond to the issue satisfactorily. Only telephone nos have been given on the website, no email address/contact seems to be available. There must be some mechanism to convey the matter to the higher authorities of the company in case of the complaint having been unresolved for such a long period.
