No refund after non delivery of iPhone by quikr

I had ordered an iphone mobile on 09/04/2016 from quikr and paid rs7500 for it online , but then quikr informed me that the product was already sold and I would get my money back in three days. But the amount was not refunded. Then after my repeated complaint through phone and emails, they mailed on 15/04/2016 that they would take a weak more to refund the amount. After that no one is responding to my complaint and nor I have got the refund . My transaction Id 5000210221.of order placed on 9/4/2016, My complaint Ticket No is 4607354580.
