I bought mini silai machine from Naaptol after seeing the advertisements in TV. The product came. We tried to use it. It does not work. The thread breaks after two turns of the needle. We were dissatisfied with the product. I opted for return. They said nobody will come to pick up and ‘you’ (we in this case) have to ship it. Also, the money will be credited as Naaptol credits. I said I am outside India now and only my mother is there and 1. she does not need Naaptol credits as she is old and does not know how to use these these credits. It would be difficult for old people to do this. 2. They dont have anybody to collect it back from us, and we need to send it to them. this will cost us again . The customer care operator was repeatedly saying that they cant pay the money back. He was not understanding English, was speaking in Hindi. I dont know hindi. They said their boss will cal me. Some random person called. He also did not know English.. I need my money back. I was cheated, terribly cheated. All- pls dont buy any naaptol products
