I tried booking a ticket from bangalore to hyderabad using customerneedz.com. After giving the payment information, i got an error page. The amount got debited from my credit card account but the ticket was not booked. I tried calling the customer care. They are not even picking the call and they dint even reply to my mail. I’m not sure what to do next.. Please advice.
