I had bought a shoe online from yepme. The product was not of good quality so i had asked for the replacement. yepme took back the product from me and had mailed me that there is a stock issue and they cant send the replacement and i can take back the money if required. After many days when i didn’t receive the money nor the replacement of my shoe i called yepme and i was told by the executive SWATI on 30.12.2013 that the product cannot be replaced since it is used. I did not argue and told to send back my product and i was told it will be sent back in a week. I have written several maiIs and i am not being answered by the yepme people and they are not replacing my product nor refunding the amount and even they are not sending back my shoes for which i had paid. I have been badly cheated by them
