I was holding Standard Charted Credit card bearing a account number 4622 7153 5131 4276 and Which I had closed the account on 7-07-2012 with full payments and before closing I had opted for Restructured Loan for Outstanding EMI which has been Paid fully on 7th June (Entire balance of 42150), it closed my EMI account 9356 5008 0934 6687 and also primary card 4622 7153 5131 4276, Now the current balance in my credit card account is showing as 0 (Zero) but after closure of EMI they have not Updated my Write Off status in CIBIL, When I enquirer with standard charted bank customer care to updated my CIBIL status they asked me to send a mail and I sent many e-mails and called customer care for CIBIL status update and till now they have not updated my CIBIL status Please find the request numbers which I have interacted with customer care: Ref Nos. 201310180292: 201310187771: My Loans are getting rejected because of the WRITE OFF Status as RESTRUCTURED LOAN Status in my Account I wanted CIBIL Status to be updated at the earliest and confirm the same over the Email or Call at the earliest.
