This is rajesh from bangalore i have been calling up to customer care regarding my problem but no one is responding in the proper way i have been totally fed up of your service , my mobile number is 9845229979 i have been facing a problem that when ever i recharge my number from my account the sum of Rs. 41 will be deducted for the service which im not used or activated that is airtel live tv from past six month every time i recharge with in the time of 24 hrs the money will be deducted more over im using the basic handset in which i dont have any gprs service or any other service , from your customer service every time i get a reply that the service has been deactivated so please delete the gprs setting from your mobile when there is no setting in my mobile how can i delete rather than that they inform me that your service has been deactivated from our side you will not be charged anything further but later when ever i recharge my account again and again im facing the same problem , so from so many months im using my other numbers for making call . so i request you to take a action regarding the problem so that i can use the number or else i have to change it to other network.
