I have purchased a mobile Lenovo A600e from Sri Shiridi Sai Communications, Madhapur on 29-09-2014 after 3 days the mobile was not charging. I have searched as advised by your delar in secunderabad but I could not found the Service Center. At Last I have called the Customer Care Centre they have told the service center was in Yousfguda. I have given for service on 15-10-2014 they told that it will be not replaced the mother board has to be changed it will take 10 days time. Today i.e. 12-11-2014 I went service center a reply came that the mother board came from company even after replacing the old mother board the problem was not solved. i.e. a gap of one month after that to I went to service center. So kindly replace the Piece it self
