No response from Xolo for my mobile phone service

Hello, I have given my XOLO Q900 for service(the mobile was not getting switch on) It’s been 6 months so it come in warranty period. I got receipt for the service. I tried to contact on the phone numbers(2 phone numbers are given), None of them are working. I have also written emails for asking “what is the status of my mobile phone service(repairement)?”, I didn’t got any response. The phone cost me 12000 rs What should I do next?

Xolo Customer Service Center Review
I have given my phone to xolo service center at Jaipur before one month. I haven’t got my phone back till now and person who is setting there doesn’t talk in properly he uses abusive language and do not respond me well. Worst decision of life to purchase xolo phone.
