I bought a lyf mobile flame 8 LS4505 IMEI 911510 552069243 on 3.9.2016 at SMART MOBILES 352/7,MAIN ROAD, PERUNDURAI TAMILNADU-638052. The mobile has been given to me after billing and the jio sim card is not given to me. I went there more than 10 times to get the jio sim .all the 10 times they promised to give sim next time. After a long chase, i am given jio sim on 17.9.2016. i submitted all the photo and proofs. but i am not getting any message from sim activation. i am getting very much irritated by the service rendered by SMART MOBILES PERUNDURAI. My mobile number is 9894XX8357. Hence i request you to take necessary actions against SMART MOBILES.

Few days back i purchased LYF wind 7 mobile from retail store. When i start after 3-4 days there was problem in screen. The retailer says its company fault i can’t change it or exchange this. Mobile no 8004140266
