sir i am from Delhi and i have a complaint about your service of balance transfer that you have launched recently. this service known as airtel gifts *141# is not working properly in some areas such as khajuri khas, geeta colony whereas it works at some distance from these places such as shastri park kashmiri gate isbt. i have contacted cc so many times but no solution. this is a very good service. kindly resolve my problem as i am a regular user of airtel and i use only airtel network.
