I had given an order of kelvinator refrigerator 130 litre in Indiatimes shopping.com on 7.8.2010 and my order no. was 112497789 and I paid the bill of Rs 6600.00 through my SBI credit card which has been debited from my credit card account. The confirmation of payment was done on 9.8.2010. The company has given timeperiod of 10 working days but as on today 22 days have passed but still I have not received my refrigerator. I have E Mailed them many a times but they never resolved the problem. They should either deliver the order or refund my full money including penalty for not delivering in time and giving me mental tension and wasting my time and money by contacting on their customer care no. which was of no use but only a formality on the side of Indiatimes shopping.
