Nobody is taking care of complaint

I have brought a Samsung double door refrigerator 15 months ago. The lower part of fridge is not cooling and I had called up their call centre to lodge complaint. I have received a complaint number (8408504386) but ever after 4 days nobody has come. Everyday I am calling at call centre and every time they say that “Today we will send engineer at your home”.

It is not expected company like Samsung to avoid complaints, and shows that they are least concern about customers problem. They just sell their product and that’s all.
