Nokia 6500-1 Replacement Issue

Dear Sir,

I wanted to bring in your notice that I have purchased a Nokia Phone 6500 as per the below detail:

Product: Nokia 6500 Slider Black (IMEI: 353547029296772)
Store: The Mobile Store, Ballabhgarh
Invoice Date: 26/10/2008
Invoice No.: HR/02376/00001/2065

Due to some problem Nokia Care has replaced the set twice, detail below:

1st Replacement

2nd Replacement

According to the purchase my mobile is still under warranty (purchased date mentioned above), then why the Nokia support staff refused to entertain my problem? The support staff said that your warranty is expired according to the 2nd replacement. And then I came to know that at the time of 2nd replacement Nokia Care give a different set (Nokia 6500) which is differ in terms of ESN no. (highlighted above)

My question now is that why Nokia has given me the mobile which has different ESN no.? And I was under impression that I got a new set. Which should be under fully warranty within the stipulated time period according to my purchase date? If not Why?

I am suffering continuously with the problem since June 2009 and visiting your centers so many times. It was really a bad experience for me.

I believe, you will definitely look into the matter and do the needful.
