SEQUENCE OF DISCUSSIONS / NOKIA purchased a Nokia c 301 phone from Poorvika mobiles Madipakkam repeatedly hanging after receiving a call managed 1 month with the same problem contacted dealer – poorvika reset suggested tried but not successful contacted Nokia care cust compl no 1-14913375589 again reset with factory setting same problem remain earlier only on receiving now handset hanged even on outgoing calls informed dealer sent for service got back in a day same problem remains again theiry guy picked from my office given back to me after 3 days same problem remains sent for service after 2 days I got a call the board has to be replaced which takes a week time I refused to accept the same phone as it has mfg defect they told will be replaced with new one with new imei no agreed free one year extended warrant offered this itself shows that there is a mfg defect committed different dates for delivery none of them met. filing a consumer complaint SUMMARY 3 times software reloaded sent for repairs made 10 calls to Nokia Care no update from Nokia handset has mfg defect they want to change the board which I am refusing my conclusion is refund my money OR need new phone from showroom or or I want to buy some other model + COMPENSATION OF RS.10,000 FOR THE DELAY FOR NOT MEETING THE COMMITMENTS
i want refund – i dont want to buy nokia phone again if nokia phone – i want a new phone from showroom i dont want to accept a repaired phone or allow me to upgrade me for any phone with the dealer with difference amount i pay + there should be penalty of rs 10,000 /- for nokia for not attending this case properly. donate this amount to sivananda gurukulam maraimalai nagar chennai
