I bought a phone NOKIA X worth rs 7027 on 12th april 2014 which got delivered on 20th april 2014. that phone stopped working on 13th may 2014..after that phone is with nokia only. Every time they are giving me extension of date of return and when i am calling their customer care team they are not responding properly .One Mr vinay from nokia team was handling the case and since last 30 days he is telling that phone will be delivered to me within 3/4 days. They are not talking properly my latest complain no is 1-15251676380 [SR# 1-15245379372] which is registered with nokia but before this also i have complained n no of times for the same issue. All records are available on my email.which i can produce if required. This particular complain is getting handled by nokia care ballia(UP)-277001

I want compensation for mental torture given by nokia team in last 50 days along with my money which i paid to buy the phone.
