Dear Sir, I have a mobile, 1.5yrs old. My mobile is dead. When I submitted my mobile in authorized service center for repair. after 10 days, service center said, this mobile cannot be repair, because his circuit Bord is dead and cannot replace. Now I am fully helpless, even he ask Rs. 112 for minimum charge just for checking. I don’t now what should I do with mobile, that is not going to repair, even he ask Rs 112. I want repair under reasonable charge. And I want if such kind of problem can not be cure any how. It should be mention boldly in conditions. By Service center should not be charged if he refuse to repair.
