Nokia India – demanding money though product is under warranty

Orissa – India Phone: 06764 – 231010 Email: goel_angul@nokiacareindia.com Party No.3: Spencer Plaza Daily market Neyvely lignite corporation NEYVELY Tamil Nadu. india Sir, I have purchase am mobile handset of Nokia namely NOKIA AHSA-305 from Spencer Plaza, daily market,NEYVELY LIGNITE CORPORATION,TAMIL NADU paying Rs.4250 in April 2013.The micro phone of mobile stopped working since june 2013.when I went to get my mobile repaired they refused to repair under warranty though mobile is under warranty stating that it is a liquid damage,so it cannot be repaired under warranty and demanded Rs.400 for repair. when I made contact with Nokia customer care, They told me to go back to service centre and get the mobile repaired as they will direct them. It happened 3 times. and they regularly demanded money for repair.

As per mental harassment and inconvenience caused due to not not sticking on responsibilities,I want a sum Rs.50000 as compensation and money back as price of handset with interest.
