Reliance digital sales person sold us a nokia handset without telling us that it do not support third party applications and will not support them in near future.when contacted later about the same they refused to accept our complain. Laterthe store manager said bring DOAL letter from nokia and we will see later. Then we contacted nokia care and they refused to issue the letter stating that it will be issued with in 1 week of purchase of good. Now after fake promises from nokia for two months that the system will support third party application We have to file the complain in consumer forum.
