Hello sir/mam I am mr. vipin mittal modinagar distt. Ghaziabad. I purchased a nokia phone model no. is nokia asha 206 from the aar kay marketing modinagar bill number is 2613. Date is 31/8/13. After some time it has many problems. Such as phone hanging, auto off, and signal problem. I will meet the residential dealer and says about the phone problem and he advised me to show the phone at the nokia care. I will show the phone at the nokia care where we meet with mr. manish choudhary. He deposit my phone for some time and he gave me a complaint slip date near about November sorry I am not confirmed then the phone I received after 4 days but after some time it has same problem. I would confess the problem at the nokia website but this problem was not solved .again I go to the nokia care and show the phone date-6/jan/14. And complaint no. is 2366 after some days he would receive my phone but the problem was not solved. So I request you plz. Do some action for this complaint. Thanx
