Previously I had an issue of visual display getting black out. I reached to my nearest Nokia service center as my cell phone is in warranty period on 5th Nov,2014.They fixed the issue but after that a new issue occurred of camera not opening due to mistake of technician of the service center. I again reached out the service center on 21st Nov, 2014 and contacted Mrs. Payal an employee to Nokia service store.On 22nd November I again went there to collect my phone and checked the camera as it was working fine now. At moment of time the battery of my cell was quite low at the service center. By the time I came back to my home and saw my cell phone’s battery got discharged and I put it on charging. My cell phone was completely dead and it was not charging. I tried to charge for 4-5 hours but still it’s in dead state.I believe this is another issue created by the technician of Nokia service center and now my phone is not working anymore for the day i collected it on 22nd November, 2014.My bill no is : 0002507. As they have opening my cell phone ample number of times I believe now my cell will not work properly in long run as well. I want a new hand set from NOKIA company in replacement of my current cell phone or they must assure me if replacement is not possible then they must provide me door to door service for fixing my cell issue as I cant travel frequently to service center every now and then. Also service center people should behave properly with the customers too.
