Hi team I have been using Nokia devices from past 8 years. 2 months back I have purchased Nokia lumia 720 from a Nokia priority dealer. Accidentally I have dropped the phone from just 40 cms height, the display glass has broken badly. I went to Nokia care, they are saying that the replacement charge is 7500, which is half of the phone cost. My phone is under warranty. May I know why you are charging this much cost. Even no insurance company is offering accidental insurance. Is there any way for me to get the replacement with less cost? I am starting recommending people not to go for Nokia.
