I have purchased the NOKIA 501 cellphone bearing the IMEI NO 355521052661721 from Nokia Priority Dealer,Main Road Budharaja,Sambalpur on Date: 15.09.13. The product is under warranty. 0n date 18.06.2014 i faced problem as the cell phone was not charging the next day i went to the nokia care centre sambalpur they did not provide the proper service (my phone was working smoothly but it was not charging with the charger but charging with the usb cable) n i returned halfheartedly, when i came back home i faced another problem the cell phone was not showing network n i was unable to use it. On Date 26.06.2014 i went back to the same Nokia Care centre n told about the same problem.They told me to come after making a call the next day but when i inquired about the product they told me that it will take 15-25 days..n said it does not cover the warranty.

i was dis satisfied with the service Nokia care centre provide me ..i want to get back my cell phone worth Rs.5000 in proper working condition and i demand charges for my travel and waste of my valuable time and their ill-response as justifiable.
