I have been lodging a complaint with nokia against my nokia lumia 1320 handset since past one month. i was asked to submit my handset to the nokia service center at ameerpet. since past one month i’ve visited 3 times regarding the same but i find no solution to the problem i’m facing. everytime i give my phone for repair it comes back in the same condition that i’ve submitted it in. the phone is just 9 months old( well within the warranty period) and this time the phone is completely dead and i’m unable to switch the phone on. i find no relief to my complaint lodged with the customer care at nokia nor the croma store at hyderabad.

I want nokia to refund the amount spent on the handset(Rs. 30,000/-)at the time of purchase in 2014 june.
