i have bought lumia 1520 for Rs.43000 on 7th jan 2014 and since then i am facing a same problem again and again. the phone restarts itself and it tend to do continuously till the battery drains. i have also visited their care centres(both in jammu) both did a software update and the phone remains ok for 1-2 days but it is terrible, they cant fix it. i think its manufacturing defect plz help

i want this model to be replaced with a new one and in addition to this i want a compensation of rs. 1lakh from nokia for embarassing me and for selling me this defective model.
