Nokia – Lumia 520 newly purchased set repairing

I had bought Nokia Lumia 520 set two months back. While using set I faced a problem that screen was little less responsive. So, I took the set to Nokia Care center at Bathinda on 20.09.13. While opening the set they hit the display card with the opening tool (were using improper tool as proper tool was with other service engineer who was attending another customer). Then they said this card is broken earlier only , so warranty voids. Really unexpected from the nokia care center of such company. Please help in getting my screen replaced or money back. Also, there is not even minor crack outside the set, how could they claim that this crack is earlier. Even upon continous follow ups I am not getting any response from Nokia.

Without mobile for many days. work suffered. Lost all contacts. All important details I lost. Non responsive nature of Nokia India really hurting. No action on even newly purchased mobile. Forced to purchase new mobile.

Atleast my mobile replacement.
