Nokia Lumia 625 – Defective Piece poor service by center

I purchased a Nokia Lumia 625 online from Maniac Stores via Amazon on 18th October, 2013. Within 15 days the mobile started behaving erratic. I took my complaint to nearest Nokia Care Center- M/s Durga Communication, GTB, Delhi. They made me wait for 2 hours and handed over my phone saying the problem has been rectified. But the next day itself I faced same problem with my phone. I went to same Nokia Care Center and showed the phone. They again made me wait for around 2 hours and handed over the phone to me saying the phone is fit now. After 2-3 days the problem reappeared in just 15 minutes of conversation. I again went to the same center keeping all my personal jobs aside and get my phone in working condition. The executives there said that sensor is not working so they gave me job card and assured me that they will send the phone to Head Office and it will be absolutely fine afterwards. I received my phone back after 10-12 days. Things did not end here; it is just the beginning of hell. The same problem reappeared. I failed to understand what the servicemen are doing to repair my phone. Being loyal to Nokia brand I kept patience and visited the same centre for the fourth time for same problem of same handset. They gave me second job card on 1st January 2014 reassuring that either the phone will be totally repaired or otherwise handset will be replaced. I received my phone back on 19th Jan. 2014. To my surprise the problem was still there. This is really height of misleading a customer. I went to the same centre for the fifth time for same complaint and had argument regarding the issue with the executives. Still, due to my bad luck, I chose to trust them and agreed to take 3rd job card with assurance of phone replacement. I kept calling the center time and again to know the status of my phone, I was assured again and again that I will soon receive the replacement. Two months after 3rd job card and 5 months after purchase of new phone I am being befooled with another repair. After 5 times betrayal how can I trust the center and take the same phone back, only to experience same fault and further increase my hassles?
