Nokia Lumia 720 Issues Under Warranty Not Resolved

I’ve submitted my Nokia Lumia 720 & a headset both were under warranty on 26th December 2013 to Neil communications, sector-10, Noida. Nobody has bothered to keep me posted about the status whether my phone apps has been updated or about my headset as well but still i kept myself in liaison with the agents and somehow i managed to get my phone back within a week but not my headset. After sometime when I paid them a visit to collect my headset so they denied because i was not carrying the job sheet. I understand your policies but my concern is why the hell on earth they asks for contact numbers & email id when they don’t bother to use them efficiently for verification or feedback purposes. And now today 1st April 2014 when i paid a visit again, so they indirectly blamed me as i didn’t collect it within the certain time (45 days) and they have denied to give it back. When I asked for an e-mail address to complain against them, one of their agent said take my email address for the same rather than providing the complaint id of NOKIA. WHY I HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED VIA PHONE OR EMAIL ABOUT THE STATUS OF MY HEADSET, WHERE WERE THE REMINDER POLICIES???? YOU CAN SHOW US YOUR POLICIES WHILE WE ASK YOU TO GIVE IT BACK BUT WHERE IS MY RIGHT TO GET A REMINDER CALL OR AN EMAIL….. I WANT MY HEADSET BACK- Now, I am not concern about my headset, the thing matters to me is lack of clarity and services towards their customers !!!!!! Hope to hear from you soon.
