I Purchased one Nokia Lumia 720 on August 19th 2013 from Pune. the phone stops working in 4 days. As i was out of town i called the shop and the receiver asked me to go to Nokia care center we will do as they will say. The day i came back i first went to Nokia care center and ask them to replace my phone,they said they replace the phone only if there is some manufacturing or hardware defect and told me that the Phone have some software problem we will upgrade it and give it back in 2 days. I said ok. 2 days later they told me that the touch pad of phone is defective and needs to be repaired.. i said not to repaired it as its a hardware problem i want to get it replaced. Then i went to the shop from where i purchased it,the representative of nokia told me that if u wouldn’t have gone to nokia center we would have replaced it but now we can’t do it. I even complained in Nokia customer care but ther was no response. The shopkeeper misbehaved with me and said do whatever you want you can’t do anything against me. and finally after lot of arguments and fights Nokia representative agrees to talk to his seniors and from that day its been almost 2 months he is saying 7 more days and you will receive the new device. he doesn’t picks my call. I am totally helpless.Please help me for getting my phone.

I want my Phone to be replaced or want my money back asap. and also want that there must be any punishment for such people.
