Hi i bought nokia lumia 720 in july ,2013 for around 15000 rupees. It is still in warranty. Recently my cell screen got cracked but touch is 100% working ( there will be two screens 1. touch screen 2. optimizer) . In my case optimizer got cracked. When i went to care they are saying like replacing optimizer is not possible so i need to change entire set (touch screen + optimizer) which cost around 9000( as informed by nokia care. why should i replace my touch screen which comes in warranty . In case of other manufacturers optimizer can be replaced . Now my point is touch and optimizer are two different parts which are combined with some sticky material making it difficult to separate. Touch screen comes under warranty but corning gorilla glass ( optimizer in my care) doeskin comes in warranty in my case. For thier problem in replacing the damaged part separately why should i pay two – third amount for the product included in my warranty.

I want it to be repaired under reasonable price for the damaged part only.
