Nokia Lumia 920 Battery Issues

I purchased a Nokia Lumia 920 on 11/1/2013 vide bill number N-LN/43/2104 and activated my handset on 14/1/2013. Since then I had issue with battery life. From a full charge at 10 AM, my battery drained completely by 6PM. I had following features turned off: 3G, Wi-Fi, NFC, Screen brightness set to lowest, Screen sensitivity set to lowest and all but Weather application background activity turned off. I had called customer care and they advised me to submit my handset at a Nokia Care for handset diagnosis. I submitted my handset at a Nokia Care on February 15, 2013. Few days later, I received a call from Customer Care telling me that my handset will be “swapped”. I had instructed them that I do not want a refurbished handset. A few days later, I got a call from Nokia Care that they have received a handset for me and it is a new one. I picked up the handset after being assured by Nokia Care that it is a brand new handset. When I went home and opened the SIM tray, I found that the handset was used. It had torn edges as well as too much dust inside the SIM tray. I returned the handset to Nokia Care and I was assured I would get a new handset. I had told Customer Care to either return my original handset or give me a brand new boxed handset for which I will open the seal myself or to refund my money after charging me any restocking fee whatsoever.

One week later, I got another call from Nokia Care telling me to pick up the handset and I went there to collect the handset but it was a refurbished once again. I did not accept the delivery and it’s been almost a month since I first submitted my handset and still there is no resolution to my problem. I have contacted Customer care by email, by live chat and all I hear back from them is that my case has been already forwarded to the concerned team.
