Sir, I had purchased nokia lumia 920 in October 2013 (18th) and since then it has been heating abnormally to such an extent that after 10 min of call It cant be hold near to ear. Also it had some display issue from the day one in which after a call its display fluctuates at very fast pace. First time when i visited nokia care center near gtb nagar metro, new delhi they updated the software stating it as software issue. I have to visit them again after 2-3 days since my issue was not resolved. They later diagnosed it as hardware defect and asked to submit it to them. I requested them to replace the handset because it had manufacturing defect but they told me that they this decision will be taken by their technical team. I submitted my handset on 10 dec 2013. I was told that within 7 days my issue will be resolved. Since then it has been 18 days and i am yet to receive any update on the matter. Beside in this period i have tried all methods – contacting nokia care centre, helpline number, and web chat (combinedly more than 10 times). Each time i was told to wait 24hrs or 48hrs within which i will receive a call from their backed team. But there has not been a single update on the issue since then. Why they need so much time to replace a handset or even to repair it. Even after so many requests no one senior Person has contacted me yet.
