i place a order on 16-nov-2013 with online sopping site name snapdeal.com and purchase 2 No. Transcend Jet Flash 760 32 GB Pendrive Purple 1480X2 and total value of the good was 2960 and i made the payment via my cradit card but after few day i receive a mail that they are unable to process the order without any reason and ask me cancel the order by my side and provide the My personal Account detail to transfer the money Via NEFT. till date i have shared my account detail 2 time with Snapdeal team but they say the”NEFT got reversed by the bank stating Account does not exist” Pleas help me
