Airtel Pre-Paid Poor service rendered by your staff

I have been your Airtel Pre-paid customer since 10 years and I had received a SMS on 16 & 17 for submitting my ID proof but due to unavoidable circumstance I could not submit my ID proof and my mobile no. 9866786219 was disconnected due to this I have lost communication with my near & dear ones and also left my account nil. Therefore, I have visited one of your outlets at Fateh Maidan, Hyderabad on 23.12.2013 and submitted my ID proof (Aadhaar card) along with a photograph duly filling the application # APB5141050 Dt. 23.12.2013. As my mobile # was not activated till 28.12.2013 I was forced to visit your Fateh Maidan office and came to know from them that it was rejected by your Splendid Towers office. I was so dejected due to this act and all the way from this office I had to visit your Splendid Towers office in Begumpet. Again I had filled the application vide # APB7971652 Dt.28.12.2013. The customer executive over here told me that this will be activated latest by Monday i.e. 30.12.2013 but I am very sorry to say that till today i.e. 31.12.2013 – 11:11 PM is not activated.
