I purchased nokia lumia 520 phone and it was working fine …recently the battery started to discharge quickly .i went to nokia customer care at chandmari, guwahati,assam and reported my problem i am facing .the technical person was not quite interested but he said let me check the problem .after a few minutes he came out and said that I have opened the phone and done soldering . i know nothing about phone parts and how will i open it. i asked him to show me. he was unable to answer me and instead he said something about short circuit and they cannot repair it. my question is that if you’re not able to solve the problem then why nokia company has opened customer service centre at guwahati . the complete address of nokia customer service centre is; Kamakhya Communication, Abhoy Arcade, Opp Chandmari City Bus Stop, MRD Road, Chandmari, Guwahati – 781 003 Kamrup Metropolitan District, Assam phone number 9435045999
