my name is SHIVKUMAR BALI..i had brought NOKIA LUMIA 720 (RED) in the first week of feb from flipkart…it was delivered from ANNAPOORNA MARKETING 1-8-462/A/1 VENKATESHWARA SWAMY TEMPLE LANE CHIKKADA PALLY HYDERABAD ORDER NUMBER:OD40131022336 INVOICE NUMBER:BM-22875 …after few week of use my phone developed touchscreen problem. 1) i went to nokia care on 19/march/2014….i deposited my phone..they said” sir, your phone will be repaired within a week” 2) i called after a week..they said” we are out of stock…stocks will come soon and your phone will be repaired within a week” 3) after 10 days i went to nokia care ..they said ” stocks have not yet come…you have to wait for another week!!!”… so i took my phone back and they took back the jobsheet …I asked them to call when the recieve stocs.. 4) next day i found that (volume key -_ and camera keys are not working..so i reported it next day…they said” we dont even have the stocks of keys..we will repair on the same day. 5) after 10 days …i called nokia care( as in i didnt recieve any call from nokia care..) they said” sir, stocks are yet to come..your have to wait for another week!!!!” 5) after 10 days ..i went to nokia care..i contacted nokia care manager…he said” sir, we will get your phone repaired by 25 april..there are 20 phones pending for touch screen replacement….dont worry” i said ..” sir atleast repair the (volume – ) and camera keys..” he said..” if anything happens..i dont know!!!”..is this the way nokia care personnel should behave??? 6) i called nokia care today ( 28/april/2014)…some madam on call said” sir,stocks have come. your please come and get your phone repaired”..so i was relieved…i went and deposited my phone around 1 p.m. madam on desk. said” i will take 2 hr”.. 7)so i called at around 4pm…then they say ” sir, we have only one touch screen ..that too faulty…you have to wait for another week!!!” 8) i went to nokia care..i asked the manager..he said” we have only 1 touch screen…that is also faulyt!!!”‘ they i questioned..” when you have 20 phones to repair…hw come you got just 1 touch scrren as a stock from nokia ???” then he says” its not about the touch screen..the real problem with your phone is …some connector problem we have ordered it today…you will get it in two days”…then i asked him” sir, didnt you get to know that its not the touchscreen which is faluty and its conector problem on 19 march..when i had submitted it before???”..he doesnt have an answer..I said.” its over a month now…you have not repaired ..now how should i believe that you will repair it in 2 days….can you write the date and sign???” he said” i cant sign…its conditions are printed behind this job sheet”. i said.” it written that..you will try to return by 7 days..and maximun 15 days..?? its been more than a month since 19/march/2014???” . he says” where is the jobsheet??? where is the proof???”. Doesnt he know they take the jobsheet when they return the phone??? …so i said: ” proof is in your computer..open the account..you will get it..” he doesnt have an answer!!! .what should we infer??? they are trying to escape from work??? are they fooling the customers??? 9) later manager got angry and says” take your phone back…we will not repair…we are like this only..!!!”… then what for they have opened nokia care services???? just for name sake??? is this the way to talk to customer???? here are my few question: 1) will ever be my phone repaired??? or i have to wait for a week n call them to listen .” sir , stocks are yet to come..you have to wait for another week!!!”??/ or after warranty is over…i have to pay n get it repaired???

Have i done a mistake by buying nokia phone and by trusting nokia care service???
