Nokia Lumia – Fault in display – No Customer Care

I have purchased Nokia Lumia 1320 for around total cost of 23000/- and withing 40 days there was a fault in display which they have changed. But the problem persist again and again. I am not able to use the phone. Phone is with NOKIA Factory now.
I have spend 19500/ Mobile Cost, 1500/- Scratch Guard cover, 2500/- Data Plans: Total round More than 23000/- Apart from this Business Loss of 5000/- to due leaves for communicating NOIKA.
Justice as this is manufacturing fault; I want either entire spend money refunded with interest or a new piece for which grantee restarts from the day it is given to me.
