I am Jacob George, I am an Indian and residing in UAE. I had a month visit to Mumbai last month. My mobile Nokia Lumia 920 stopped working, had display dead. I approached Nokia care at Kalyan. They looked at the phone and said that the phone warranty is over and it cannot be repaired by Nokia. I was desperate to get my contact numbers. I approached a mobile service center next to Nokia care named Dee Mobiles. They checked and said that the phone repair will take time. But then the mobile which had some vibrations and sounds also stopped after they checked. They said the battery might have discharged. I was not able to wait for the phone to get repaired, as I had to return. After I return back to UAE and I checked the purchase receipt, It said that the phone has 2 years warranty provided by AXIOM. However they have identified that the phone or its part has been replaced. The IMEI no is not matching with the bill. Please guide me Regards Jacob George +97156708xxx
