Nokia Lumia – Touch Damaged Insurance Claim Delay

I purchased a new phone from spice hotspot whose model is Nokia Lumia 625 vide IMEI no. 356689056423890 on 21/12/2013 with invoice no. 1411431. I was given an insurance plan along with it from the company Gadgetcops with protection plan HS1411048. On 21/07/2014 I asked the company for their services as my phone’s touch was damaged. My phone was picked up from my residence on 23/07/2014 against a receipt no. 6755 for which I payed a co-pay of Rs. 1250. My handset was brought back by a delivery boy of the company named Mahesh on 29/07/2014. I opened the handset in front of him and found that a damaged touch was fitted. He took the phone back and gave me a new receipt with no. 5290. Then again my handset was delivered after a long wait somewhere around 13/08/2014 but I was out of town at that moment and hence I made it clear with the delivery boy as well as the customer care executive that I’ll be able to report for any problem if there only in the next week and they were fine with it. When I came back and saw my phone, the touch was so poorly fitted that it was and the bulge could be seen. Morever it cracked off with a soft touch from the point where it was bulging out. I called up the company to complain regarding this around 18/08/2014 but they did not really bother about my complain. After long wait in vain, I had to personally go their office in Noida where I met Mr. Ashok Sharma, their manager who too was least bothered and did not help in any way.

I want the company to replace my touch with a new one free of cost as I have already paid them the insurance amount and as well as the co-pay but not received any satisfying services from their end.
