Nokia Mobile DEFECTIVE HANDSET ASHA 302

Its more than Two months now still I have not received any call or communication from backend team of Nokia . Every time , when I call Nokia Call center or write mail to Nokia, they say or mail that I will get the call from Nokia backend team in 48 hrs……. and your phone is ready and collect it as software is again updated. Same story I am hearing from day one from 6 Nov 2012……. This is how Nokia people treat the Indian Customers and supply third grade products in Indian market. Please see to it and take strict action against them as repeatedly I am saying these Nokia people if I will not get any revert from the backend team I may force to go in the Court of Law but still they didn’t bother to call/revert. Nokia people only making fools of Indian people and they don’t even a fear of Indian Law . Nokia is supplying a third class product where the software is not supporting the mobile & they are not ready to accept their mistake at all. My friend has faced a same problem whose mobile is also been repaired thrice where his window corrupted.

This is our hard earned money which we cannot allow you to take it on a toss. This shows poor quality of products they are importing in India and selling it to Indian customers and making HUGE PROFIT .Same thing East India company did several years back and made us slaves same tactics this company is also trying. There is remarkable increase in complaints of Nokia products . These people should be punished. Our hopes are on you . Sir, I want my money back or replacement of mobile. Kindly take a suitable action against them. I do not need my mobile repaired back I need a new mobile set or my money back. I am not intrested in taking my mobile back froim the network repairer. Kindly go through the mail attached send to Nokia
