Since last 4 days ,,I am following Nokia for repair under warranty. Still my set is under warranty. They used to first return the handset without repair. Now when I am following them for replacement or repair on daily basis they are claiming that my handset is not under warranty saying that its under physical damage/handset was opened outside authorised service centre. Both of these are false claims.

I want handset to be replaced plus compensation of Rs 30000 for misguiding me and making me pass through mental and financial pain.
